Family Born. Youth Led. Values Driven... Empowering Young Champions

Our mission
To support families and young people aged 10–25 affected by multiple disadvantage by providing high quality, person centred support, and advocating for systemic change.

Who are we?
EYC is a family born, youth led organisation that uses compassionate, person centred approaches embedded in lived experience, professional and academic expertise to support young people experiencing multiple disadvantage with working towards a positive future.

How do we support young people?
At EYC, we support young people and families by meeting young people where they are. This enables them to navigate complex systems and life challenges while equipping them with life skills to progress independently. This is done by:
-
Using a coordinated, person centred approach alongside families and statutory services across multiple systems, we support young people and families with navigating these systems.
-
Delivering workshops and bespoke programmes for young people and families that build confidence and create positive life pathways.
-
Providing transitional support through key life transitions across education, care, health, and justice pathways.
-
Identifying clear short and long term targets alongside young people, building aspiration, supporting with emotional regulation and working towards positive life outcomes.
-
Managing and creating programmes collaboratively with partner organisations to maximise impact, alignment, and quality of support.
